On the 6th of November 2013 the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Macedonia officially become a member of Flight Safety Foundation

The high delegation headed by the Civil Aviation Agency Director General, Dejan Mojsoski Ph.D., attended the 66th annual International Air Safety Summit organized by the Flight Safety Foundation held in Washington, USA at the end of the October 2013.

On the margins of the meeting,  Director General Mojsoski, held a sincere meeting with the Capt. Kevin L. Hiatt, President and CEO of the Flight Safety Foundation and the initiative of Mr. Mojsoski for joining of the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Macedonia into this international non-profit organization was accepted with a great pleasure.

Immediately after the meeting, the Civil Aviation Agency initiated the activities for formalizing of the membership in this organization, whose sole purpose is to provide impartial, independent, expert safety guidance and resources for the aviation industry.

On the 6th of November 2013 the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Macedonia officially become a member of Flight Safety Foundation.

Today the membership in the Flight Safety Foundation includes more than 1,000 organizations and individuals from more than 150 countries in the world.
