As part of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)’s 75th Anniversary Celebrations the Civil Aviation Agency in cooperation with the aeroclub “RCSK” will undertake activities for participation in the Fourth international non-competition meeting for aviation modelling Maj Flaj, which will be held on Saturday and Sunday (11th and 12th May) at the sports airport Stenkovec in Skopje.

The jubilee celebration of the international organization ICAO, of which this country has been a member for 25 years will be marked by the Civil Aviation Agency at Maj Flaj by distributing promotional materials at its stand “75 years ICAO”.

The international meeting of modellers Maj Flaj is an exceptionally important non-competition event for exchange of experiences, with presentation of radio-controlled aviation models.

The event is of an open character for all interested citizens and in addition to promotion of all categories of radio-controlled models, it will include presentation of the achievements of the Macedonian modellers and pilots, who will share their experiences. However, experiences will also be shared among the international participants in the competition and non-competition meetings.

Many modellers and pilots from the country, UK, Ukraine, Montenegro and Serbia will participate in the non-competition as well as the competition part of the meeting.

The participants at the event will have the possibility to attend an air show including aircraft, gliders and helicopters from the Macedonian sport aviation, as well as a rich cultural and entertainment programme.

Within the frames of the two-days event Maj Flaj the most successful competitors will be awarded medals and certificates.
